DESCRIPTION: Mushrooms and truffle in a 4 kg format designed for the needs of professional kitchens. An artisanal sauce, without colorants or preservatives, to be gently heated with extra-virgin olive oil for dressing pasta, meat, bruschetta and pizza. The convenience of a base that can be used in many preparations.
INGREDIENTS: Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 60%, sunflower seed oil, oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) 7%, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 2%, salt, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 2%, garlic, black pepper, flavorings.
