DESCRIPTION: An 800g Intense Flavour truffle sauce to ensure continuity in professional kitchen preparations. The artisanal processing complements a base of mushrooms and summer truffle, with no colourings or preservatives, to be gently heated with extra virgin olive oil and used on pasta, meat, bruschetta and pizza.
INGREDIENTS: Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 70%, sunflower seed oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, salt, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, flavourings, parsley.
