DESCRIPTION: The 800g Salsa Tartufina is designed for kitchen use: a generous size for dressing pasta dishes, bruschetta and pizza. Its artisanal production and absence of colourings and preservatives make it a practical preparation, to be gently heated with extra virgin olive oil.
INGREDIENTS: Cultivated mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, olives, extra virgin olive oil, salt, summer truffle (tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 1%, flavourings.
