DESCRIPTION: The 200g truffle sauce was the first to be created in the 70s by the second generation. Gabriella and Domenico Olivieri wanted to recreate a genuine, tasty and tasty truffle sauce in full respect of the Umbrian tradition. Initially sold in the historic shop in via Mazzini 66 in Foligno, it was subsequently distributed in the town fairs and then in the national ones. The 200g truffle sauce has always been the emblem and trademark of the D.O.S. Truffle specialties. "

INGREDIANTS: Italian cultivated mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, Italian summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.) 10%, parsley, salt, garlic, natural flavors.

METHOD OF CONSUMPTION: Ideal for seasoning bruschetta and crostini, pasta and rice, meat and fish, eggs and pizza. (SEE THE RECIPE BOOK SUPPLIED FOR FREE)

PACKAGING: Glass jar with hermetic closure cap with hook, convenient and reusable, allows a long and perfect conservation even after opening.
