It is specially designed to flavor only products or materials with high water content with White Truffle. Therefore it is not dilutable in oil.
Ideal for flavoring with White Truffle high water content materials: alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, juices, low-fat cheeses, desserts, baked goods, sweets, dry pasta and stuffed pasta.
Recommended dosage: 0.5g - 3.2g/1000g
Ingredients: flavoring substances (reg.1334/2008/EC, propylene glycol E1520).
