It is specifically designed to flavor only products or materials with a high water content with White Truffle. Therefore it cannot be diluted in oil.
Ideal for flavoring materials with a high water content with White Truffle: alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, juices, low-fat cheeses, desserts, baked goods, sweets, dried pasta and filled pasta.
Recommended dosage: 0.5g - 3.2g/1000g
Ingredients: flavouring substances (reg.1334/2008/EC, monopropylene glycol E1520).
