DESCRIPTION: The Truffle Sauce Catering 500g Made in Italy is a delicious sauce with selected ingredients of excellent quality. Free of preservatives and colourants, it has an excellent consistency and intense, decisive flavours. For lovers of good food! Storage method: once the package is open, press the product, cover with oil and store in the fridge for a maximum of 10 days.
Shelf life: 3 years at room temperature.
INGREDIENTS: cultivated mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, summer truffle (tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 2%, salt, garlic, flavourings.

HOW TO CONSUME: Ideal for seasoning bruschetta and crostini, pasta and rice, meat and fish, eggs and pizza. (SEE RECIPE BOOK PROVIDED FREE)
PACKAGING: Glass jar. Once opened, cover with olive oil and keep in the fridge for 7 days.
