HOW TO USE: Ideal for seasoning bruschetta and crostini, pasta and rice, meat and fish, eggs and pizza.

Produced in a facility where milk and derivatives, nuts, and sulfites are processed.

• Arborio Rice with Truffle 200g: Arborio rice 98.4%, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 0.5%, dehydrated vegetable broth (salt, potato starch and maltodextrins, yeast extract, vegetable extracts (carrot, onion), sunflower oil, aromatic herb extracts), garlic, parsley, flavor.

HOW TO USE: Pour the contents of the bag into 600 g of cold salted water and place on heat; after 15/18 minutes the rice will be cooked; stir occasionally. When cooked, stir in butter and Parmesan.

PACKAGING: Vacuum-sealed plastic bag, store in a cool, dry place.

• Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta with Truffle 250g: Durum wheat semolina, porcini mushroom (Boletus edulis and family), summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 0.5%, flavor.

HOW TO USE: Cooking time 8 - 9 minutes.
