Truffle Arborio Rice 200g
Arborio rice and summer truffle for those who love the ritual of risotto, from the first stir to the finishing touch.
The 200g package provides a base with vegetable broth, garlic and parsley, to be prepared with care and served whenever you want a comforting first course.
INGREDIENTS: arborio rice 98.4%, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 0.5%, dehydrated vegetable broth (salt, potato starch and maltodextrins, yeast extract, extracts of (carrot, onion), sunflower oil, aromatic herb extracts), garlic, parsley, flavoring.
PREPARATION: Pour the contents of the sachet into 600 g of cold salted water and place on the heat; after 15/18 minutes the rice will be cooked; stir occasionally. Once cooked, finish with butter and Parmesan cheese.
PACKAGE: Store in a cool, dry place
