Ingredients: Natural chilli flavouring (chilli extract/Capsicum Annuum, natural paprika colouring E160c), extra virgin olive oil.
Origin of the extra virgin olive oil: EU.
Nutritional values per 100g of product: Energy 3762 kJ / 899 kcal, Fat 99g, of which saturates 14g, Carbohydrates 0g, of which sugars 0g, Protein 0g, Salt 0g.
A touch of chilli to add character to professional food preparations. The concentrate allows you to adjust the spicy note according to the dosage instructions. Shake well before use.
Recommended dosage: 20 - 50 per 1000g. No dosage limit.
After opening, store in a dry, dark place.
